Based in San Francisco, California, Dimensional Branding Group (DBG) focuses on brand licensing, promotions and premium incentives with a unique emphasis on strategic marketing and consumer research. We specialize in developing evergreen toys and iconic brand trademarks into entertainment placement and new extension markets.

Our licensing clients value our ability to create marketing partnerships, not just licenses. These partnerships synthesize ideas, people and brands to create lasting value. While each new licensing opportunity has dimensions that are unique, our objective is always the same: enhance revenue while strengthening and protecting brand value.
Our Leadership
Larry Seidman, CEO, brings 25 years of experience in retail, promotional marketing and premiums. He has assisted major corporations, which include Halo Industries and Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, with senior level marketing and brand management expertise in all areas of sales and marketing, operations, administration, technology, and innovative business development.
John Leonhardt, President, has 15+ years of senior level experience in licensing related industries. His diverse background includes investment banking with First Boston, developing children’s entertainment with MCA/Universal and licensing with Sega of America and Microprose, working with such licensors as the NFL, Disney, Formula One and Paramount Pictures.
Marsha Armitage-Bristow, EVP Licensing, has 25 years of senior level experience in retail merchandising, brand licensing, advertising and marketing with companies that include The Museum of Modern Art in New York, Lucasfilm, and Macy's. She brings to DBG a broad range of expertise in creative brand development and implementation.
