Based in San Francisco, California, Dimensional Branding Group (DBG) focuses on brand licensing, promotions and premium incentives with a unique emphasis on strategic marketing and consumer research. We specialize in developing evergreen toys and iconic brand trademarks into entertainment placement and new extension markets.

Our Leadership
Larry Seidman, CEO, brings 25 years of experience in retail, promotional marketing and premiums. He has assisted major corporations, which include Halo Industries and Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, with senior level marketing and brand management expertise in all areas of sales and marketing, operations, administration, technology, and innovative business development.

John Leonhardt, President, has 15+ years of senior level experience in licensing related industries. His diverse background includes investment banking with First Boston, developing children’s entertainment with MCA/Universal and licensing with Sega of America and Microprose, working with such licensors as the NFL, Disney, Formula One and Paramount Pictures.

Marsha Armitage-Bristow, EVP Licensing, has 25 years of senior level experience in retail merchandising, brand licensing, advertising and marketing with companies that include The Museum of Modern Art in New York, Lucasfilm, and Macy's. She brings to DBG a broad range of expertise in creative brand development and implementation.

Celebrities Entertainment is our European strategic partner, based in Germany, serving the interests of our European clients. Celebrities Entertainment focuses on Brands & Trademarks and Entertainment Properties which are primarily targeted at Teenagers and Young Adults. Celebrities Entertainment helps clients license their famous trademarks, copyrights & images and works with leading European consumer products companies, creating state of the art licensed products. Their clients include: MGM, Elizabeth Arden, Tonino Lamborghini, Signatures Network, Chuck Norris.


Founded in 2003, Sayles & Winnikoff delivers superior public relations and strategic communications for media, entertainment, technology and consumer products companies, arts organizations, non-profits and advocacy groups. With brand positioning central to its approach, the firm generates press relations and corporate communications that are disciplined, articulate a vision, stay on message and reflect its clients’ profile, vision and business objectives.


Foothill was formed in September of 2000 to specialize in the co-development and distribution of family and children's entertainment programming. They also act as Executive Producers of projects in all media, raising finance via co-production, distribution advances and pre-sales in the major territories. Their corporation is based in Santa Barbara, California.
